New electronics architecture in NEMO-phase 2

NEMO phase 1 has seen a four floors mini-tower deployed off Catania harbour. NEMO phase 2 will consist in the deployment of a full-size (16 floors) tower in the final site of Capo Passero.Experience gained during phase 1 operations pushes us to propose some experimental electronics to be tested during phase 2.
