Development of a micro-size dosimeter using an optical fiber probe based on photostimulable phosphorescence

► We fabricated the optical fiber type dosimeter probe with 900 μm diameter. ► The fading effect has little temperature dependence in our dosimeter system. ► The difference of the angular response was confirmed to be within 5%. ► The lower limit of detectable dose is 0.9 mGy for the 900 μm diameter probe.
