چکیده انگلیسی
The glow curves of nano- and microcrystals of CaSO4:Dy were measured at a low heating rate. The glow peak maximum temperatures were almost the same for the nano- and microcrystals. However, the glow peak intensity and the peak ratio of the main peaks at 90 and 160∘C(β=0.04∘Cs-1) were different. The TL peak parameters determined with the heating rate method (β=0.01–0.4∘Cs-1) were found to be the same for both types of crystals. For nanocrystals the main peak at 160∘C(β=0.04∘Cs-1) was strongly reduced. This effect is related to the annealing procedure.
