Co-silence of the coatomer β and v-ATPase A genes by siRNA feeding reduces larval survival rate and weight gain of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera

- Coatomer β and v-ATPase A cDNA in the Helicoverpa armigera were partially cloned.
- siRNAs from them caused larval lethality and inhibited larval growth.
- Simultaneous silencing of two genes was a good RNAi strategy.
