Mobility characteristics of novel oligomer structuralized by biphenyl conjugated with electron donating units

Oligomers containing biphenyl backbone were prepared by using Wittig reaction and their optical properties were characterized. The drift mobility of oligomers was measured by using TOF method. The drift mobility showed electric field-dependent character and coincidence with Poole-Frankel relation.
