Study of the Thermal Method for Removing Fluorine from Products of Sulfuric Acid Leaching of Beryllium Ores at UMP JSC

In order to investigate the possibility of fluorine removal, processes of sulfuric leaching of the dispersed beryl-bertrandite-phenakite product melted with fluxes, and further thermal treatment have been investigated. The intermediate and final products have been studied by the IR-spectrometry and X-ray diffraction analysis.
