Development of Palladium-catalyzed Cycloalkenylation and its Application to Bioactive Natural Product Synthesis

Stereoselective total syntheses of (±)-aphidicolin and (–)-serofendic acids A and B have been achieved by means of palladium-catalyzedcycloalkenylation.
