Dissociation between seeing and acting: Insights from common marmosets (Callithrix jacchus)

► We explored knowledge dissociations in 28 common marmoset monkeys in the tubes paradigm. ► Marmosets visually detected violations of solidity/continuity but failed to act according to these principles. ► Results confirm reports of knowledge dissociations in human infants and other non-human primate species tested with other paradigms.
