Responders for treatment of work-related musculoskeletal disorders: Who are they and how do we find them?

The aim of this paper is to present current evidence for practical methods of screening workers which could not only identify those most at risk for long-term disability but also point towards effective rehabilitation programs or other work-based interventions. A transdisciplinary worker-centered problem-solving approach is proposed as possibly the most effective way to prevent long-term work disability.
