Absolute plasticity? A commentary on Maria Koukkou's: The human brain's plasticity—a key concept for studying non-conscious decisions

In his comment the author acknowledges the far-sightedness of Prof. Koukkou, who, decades before, had started with brain-research, and her humanistic convictions. He pleas for considering the limits of the concept of “plasticity”, and claims to widen the theoretical scope beyond the opposite of “systemic” vs. “dualistic”, e.g. to ethnopsychoanalytic and poststructuralistic theories.
