Immunogenicity and protection induced by recombinant group B streptococcal polypeptides

Recombinant gene Bac based peptide P6 and protein ScaAB were found to be immunogenic, induced opsonically active-level antibodies and provided protection against GBS infection in mice model. Dextran 40 conjugated with peptide P6 was efficient in stimulation of P6 immunogenicity.
