Pam Rudisill, MSN, MEd, RN, NEA-BC, is vice president for nursing/patient safety at Health Management Associates, Inc. (HMA), a 55-hospital system in Naples, Florida. Her responsibilities in this leadership role include patient safety and nursing initiatives and educational programs for nurse leaders for the 32,000-employee company, to name a few. Currently on the board, Rudisill has been heavily involved in the American Organization of Nurse Executives [AONE] for over 8 years.
