Wrodzona torbielowatość gruczolakowata płuc u 2-letniej dziewczynki - opis przypadku

The study presents a case report of the congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation, which has been diagnosed in 2-year-old child. The diagnosis is based on lung CT scan and confirmed by autopsy examination. Differential radiological diagnosis had been considered. The manifestation of advanced adenomatoid malformation in lungs with the lack of clinical symptoms and signs, until the time of mortal respiratory failure occurrence, has been emphasized.
