Zespół limfohistiocytozy hemofagocytarnej u chłopca z infekcjÄ cytomegalowirusowÄ - trudności diagnostyczne i terapeutyczne

We report the case of a boy in whom we established the diagnosis of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. We present the therapeutical difficulties in this very rare, often fatal disease of the haematopoietic system.
