Monitoring of lesions and providing appropriate complex treatment at the reference center gave good measures of the children's development. All analyzed children with a diagnosis of CCAM type I in the study group underwent succesfull surgery and in follow-up presented normal psycho-physical development with no significiant disturbances in their functional lung condition.
