Problemy kardiologiczne u dziecka z zespołem monosomii 5p, zwanym zespołem kociego płaczu (cri du chat syndrome)

The aim of the study was to present the patient with monosomy 5p syndrome coexisting with ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect which spontaneously closed during follow-up. Subsequently, unsustained ventricular tachycardia was the major cardiological problem.
