Rozsiana postać skórna żółtakoziarniniakowatości młodzieńczej (xanthogranuloma juvenile) jako wyzwanie diagnostyczne - opis przypadku

Juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) is the most common type of non - Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The most common form is the solitary cutaneous lesion. Visceral lesions are observed in patients with disseminated cutaneous lesions. A case of 2-year old girl with disseminated cutaneous lesions was presented. The diagnostic difficulties were associated with the lesions' evolution and differential diagnostic procedures were made on different stages of the skin changes, and with the coincidence of lipid profile disturbances which suggested the metabolic background of the disease.
