Hémianopsie latérale homonyme gauche et héminégligence

MR L., patient aged 72, has a lateral left homonymous hemianopia with signs of spatial neglect, and balance disorders after a stroke. The patient was followed orthoptics cared of December 2012 to June 2015. The rehabilitation was carried out in two stages, before and after bilateral cataract surgery.
