Anesthesiology critical care medicine: a fellowship and faculty recruitment program

The Mayo Clinic Scholar program effectively recruited ACCM fellows and faculty in a single institution. Incentive-based programs should be considered to support the involvement of anesthesiologists in perioperative medicine.
