The genomic profile of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its relationship to metastatic disease

• Targeted genomic testing of primary and metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma was performed using next-generation sequencing.
• Genomic profiles of primary tumor and metastatic tumor were compared.
• All cases except one retained the same mutational profile in both primary and metastatic tumors.
