Levamisole and ryanodine receptors (I): A contraction study in Ascaris suum

Interactions of levamisole and effects of extracellular calcium, ryanodine, AF2, dantroline, and caffeine on contractions of Ascaris suum body muscle flaps were studied. The contractions were graded and contained a ryanodine-sensitive and a ryanodine-resistant pathway.
