Lisis espinal por aneurisma de aorta abdominal con rotura crónica

We report the clinical signs and symptoms and the diagnostic and operative data of a 56-year-old male patient with an abdominal aortic aneurysm with chronic rupture, the main clinical feature of which was extensive spinal involvement.
