Video-Assisted Pericardioscopic Surgery for Epimyocardial Lead Implantation

Reoperation from the same subxiphoid approach proved feasible. Lead removal and reimplantation were feasible at both 6 months and 12 months after initial implantation. The intrapericardial adhesions caused by VAPS alone are mild.
