Prognostic Significance of Vascular and Lymphatic Emboli in Resected Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma

In an unselected population of patients with pulmonary adenocarcinoma treated by lobectomy or pneumonectomy, the presence of lymphatic emboli is an independent negative prognostic factor.
