The Myocardial Protection of Polarizing Cardioplegia Combined With Delta-Opioid Receptor Agonist in Swine

Adenosine/lidocaine/pentazocine cold crystalloid cardioplegia gave satisfactory cardiac arrest and better myocardial protection than the other three groups, especially with regard to improving prolonged postoperative cardiac function.
