Primary Classical Hemangiopericytomas of Thorax

Although hemangiopericytomas are benign or malignant tumors, they generally display malignant behaviors. The risk of recurrence and distant metastasis occurs even many years after resection, suggesting that the prognosis becomes worse after each recurrence.
