Thoracoscopic Primary Esophageal Repair in Patients With Boerhaave's Syndrome

The results of this study suggest that thoracoscopic esophageal repair may be a good surgical alternative in patients with Boerhaave's syndrome who have a relatively stable vital sign or mild inflammation, regardless of the time interval between perforation and surgery.
