Locoregional Control of Thoracoscopic Lobectomy With Selective Lymphadenectomy for Lung Cancer

Our findings suggest that performing VATS lobectomy with selective lymphadenectomy for clinical stage I lung cancer is safe and results in acceptable locoregional control.
