Early Intrapulmonary Recurrence After Pulmonary Metastasectomy Related to Colorectal Cancer

Early intrapulmonary recurrence after pulmonary metastasectomy related to colorectal cancer is a prognostic factor for poor overall survival. Extrapulmonary metastasectomy and bilateral pulmonary metastasis are risk factors for early intrapulmonary recurrence. Pulmonary metastasectomy in patients with these risk factors should be considered carefully.
