Comparison of Two Cardioplegia Solutions Using Thermodilution Cardiac Output in Neonates and Infants

Younger patients, particularly neonates, have a significantly higher postoperative cardiac index with standard CP than with custom CP. The advantage is not apparent beyond the neonatal period.
