Analysis of Ascending and Transverse Aortic Arch Repair in Octogenarians

Ascending and aortic arch surgery in octogenarians involving profound HCA resulted in reasonable morbidity and short- and long-term mortality rates. The use of profound HCA for aortic surgery remains warranted in octogenarians.
