Long-Term Results of Aortic Root Replacement: 15 Years' Experience

The late-term results of aortic root replacement with the modified Bentall de Bono procedure are satisfactory. Survival is decreased in patients with Marfan syndrome and in the patients who had reclamping intraoperatively.
