Surgeon Specialty and Long-Term Survival After Pulmonary Resection for Lung Cancer

Lung cancer patients treated by GTS had higher long-term survival rates than those treated by GS. General thoracic surgeons performed preoperative and intraoperative staging more often than GS or CTS.
