Incidence and Risk Factors for Lung Injury After Lung Cancer Resection

Lung injury after lung resection has a high mortality. Lower predicted postoperative lung function, especially diffusion capacity, in combination with greater perioperative fluid administration were significant predictors of postoperative lung injury.
