Characteristics and Function of Cryopreserved Bone Marrow-Derived Endothelial Progenitor Cells

Ex vivo expansion by cell culture was a useful method for collection of bone marrow-derived EPC from cryopreserved mononuclear cells. Proliferation and migration function of EPC is preserved after cryopreservation.
