Safety of Targeted Perioperative Mupirocin Treatment for Preventing Infections After Cardiac Surgery

A strategy of targeting perioperative mupirocin treatment to carriers leads to significant reduction in mupirocin use without increasing early postoperative infectious complications in noncarriers.
