Novel Method of Decellularization of Porcine Valves Using Polyethylene Glycol and Gamma Irradiation

The decellularizing method provided low immunogenicity, low risk of unknown infections, and was little subject to calcification. The decellularized tissues showed acceptable durability and recellularization.
