Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection to the Superior Vena Cava

Midterm results with the modified Warden technique were satisfactory. Patients with particularly high insertion of anomalous pulmonary veins should be treated and followed with specific caution for preserving an unobstructed caval pathway.
