Heterogeneity of chronic lung allograft dysfunction: Insights from protein expression in broncho alveolar lavage

These data provide further evidence that within CLAD there is a heterogeneity of phenotypes with different mechanisms involved. Further investigation is warranted to unravel the pathophysiology of both phenotypes.
