Inhibition of Chemokine Receptor CCR2 and CCR5 Expression Contributes to Simvastatin-induced Attenuation of Cardiac Allograft Vasculopathy

Our results demonstrate that simvastatin may attenuate CAV development, possibly through retarding intragraft chemokine accumulation and chemokine receptor expression.
