Papillary fibroelastoma - A masquerade for LV tumour

The diagnosis being in question and the patient being symptomatic, surgical excision of the mass was decided. Post surgical excision histopathological biopsy revealed the diagnosis of Fibroelastoma. We report a case of papillary fibroelastoma in the left ventricle, a masquerade of LV mass.
