Chemical lumbar sympathectomy in the treatment of idiopathic livedo reticularis

This study showed CLS provides a valid option for the treatment of idiopathic LR. The efficacy of CLS can be long-lasting, and CLS can be repeated if LR recurs. Targeting at gray rami communicans, rather than the sympathetic trunk, is comparably effective and safer for sympathetic interruption.
