Effektstudie zur Wirksamkeit eines Hyaluronsäure-Chondroitin-Komplexpräparates in ergänzender Therapie zur arthroskopischen Intervention bei Knorpelschäden im Kniegelenk

The investigations carried out have shown that there is a statistically significant influence of the hyaluronic acid product on the probands with respect to pain reduction. Thus it can be concluded that by a therapy combination of arthroscopy and the application of the hyaluronic acid-chondroitin complex product there can be achieved more positive effects with regard to pain reduction in comparison to an exclusively surgical treatment. Consequently the application of the hyaluronic acid-chondroitin complex product can be considered as a reasonable completion of surgical care.
