Comparative analysis of p53 and p21 proteins in normal cervix and HPV associated precancerous and cancerous lesions of cervix

The present study provides the evidences of inhibition of p53 and p21 transactivity by HPV-E6 resulting alteration of cell growth inhibitory signals in cervical cancer.
