Acute myocardial infarction with left bundle-branch block: disproportional anterior ST elevation due to right ventricular myocardial infarction in the presence of left bundle-branch block

A case of inferior and right ventricular acute myocardial infarction in the presence of left bundle-branch block is presented. The electrocardiogram manifests disproportional, discordant ST elevation in leads II, III, and aVF and in leads V1 through V4.
