Stroke IV thrombolysis beyond limitations; case series and review of literature

This document does not intend to change the guidelines but reviews the literature on the use of intravenous alteplase for stroke beyond guidelines and in particular conditions which help in more and more patients can be benefited by stroke thrombolysis.
