Le Plan Blanc

The White Plan is intended to help in dealing with the arrival of numerous casualties. All healthcare facilities are required to have and comply with this plan. A decree and a practice guide set forth its requirements and procedures. The White Plan complements the prehospital organization (Novi Plan, which replaced the Red Plan) when it is inadequate to break up the flow of victims and to enable their referral or transfer to several different hospitals, or when this organization is inapplicable.
