Éducation thérapeutique des patients en milieu rural : expérience de l'unité mobile du réseau de santé de Haute-Côte-d'Or

If we haven't to show anymore the efficiency of therapeutic education for patients with chronic disease, we have to make up and develop new adjusted educative facilities for each geographic and sociocultural context as advised by French HAS and HPST law which includes therapeutic education as an essential part of patient's care. It is a duty and a necessity to offer to elderly patients living in isolated areas, therapeutic education sessions. We describe the experience of an educational mobile unit for type 2 diabetic patients in the north Côte d'Or rural country.
