Proposed modifications to Beighton criteria for the diagnosis of joint hypermobility in children

On the basis of pediatrics physiological and mechanical characteristics, it appears that the Shiari-Javadi criteria are able to detect hypermobile children more accurately. Also, the new criteria appears to be more practical, faster and easier.
