De telles situations résultent soit d’un diagnostic d’élimination soit d’une analyse des éléments déclenchants et circonstanciels qui doivent faire partie intégrante de la démarche diagnostique en cas d’allergie supposée alimentaire. La conduite à tenir et les conseils prodigués au patient ne sont alors que plus appropriés.
